Service description

• This is a mail‑in modification service for your existing WiFi Pineapple Pager, not a new device purchase.

• The mod adds an external SMA connector and related hardware so you can use external antennas and accessories with your pager.

Warranty and liability

• This modification permanently alters the device and will void any manufacturer or vendor warranty on the WiFi Pineapple Pager.

• The service is provided as‑is; the seller is not liable for any damage, malfunction, loss of data, or issues that occur during or after the modification.

• By purchasing this service, you agree to accept all risk and responsibility for using a modified device.

Shipping process

• After checkout, you are responsible for printing and attaching the shipping label to send your WiFi Pineapple Pager to the provided address.

• The device must be safely packaged with adequate padding to prevent damage in transit; any shipping damage is the customer’s responsibility.

• You are also responsible for any costs or labels required to ship the device to the modding address unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Turnaround time

• Allow at least 2 weeks from the time the package is received for the modification to be completed, tested, and prepared for return shipment.

• During busy periods or if there are issues with the device or parts availability, the turnaround time may be longer, and you will be notified using the contact info provided at checkout.
